With over eight years of distinguished experience in Fortune 500 corporate America, Coretta built her leadership foundation managing teams of more than 150 staff members in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina — developing the strategic discipline, executive presence, and results-driven mindset that now defines her approach to financial empowerment.
Driven by purpose and a calling greater than the corporate ladder, Coretta stepped away from the boardroom to build something of her own. She is the Founder and President of Farrar Financial Group Inc.

A licensed life insurance agent and a candidate for his Health and Medicare license in the state of North Carolina, Clifton is deeply committed to ensuring that every family he serves is not only financially empowered but also fully protected. In his professional career, Clifton serves as a Senior Leave Coordinator in the Corporate Human Resources Department at Charter-Spectrum Communications — a role that has sharpened his expertise in navigating complex systems, advocating for people, and delivering results under pressure. This same precision and people-first mindset is the engine that drives his work at Farrar Financial Group.
Beyond finance, Clifton is a licensed minister with over 16 years of service to his church and community — a calling that is inseparable from his professional mission. He believes deeply that every person has been created for greatness, and he carries that conviction into every client relationship, every coaching session, and every community he touches. His goal is simple: to leave a positive, lasting impact on every life he encounters.
Clifton is the devoted husband of Coretta N. Meredith-Farrar — The Financial Architect and Co-Founder of Farrar Financial Group — his high school sweetheart and the partner who shares his vision of changing lives through financial education. Together they are raising their two children, Iyanna and Clifton III, in Charlotte, North Carolina, building not just a business, but a legacy.
